PROJECT IN PIPELINE

ON NEGOTIATIONS TO BE PART OF THE PROGRAM.

SDRC will fund the development and construcion of the GIRARD Project.

Mixed Comercial-Residential project located in La Jolla  in San Diego County.

This project will be developed and will  take  two years to be completed.

The project consists of:

• 8 Units of 1,600 sq.ft. each 
• Total Residential area 13,751 sq.ft. 
• Retail area 4835 sq.ft. 
• Underground Parking lot area of  9,017 sq.ft. and 2 Story units.
